There are local home health and hospice options for individuals who want to reside in their homes. Reach out and see if your insurance qualifies you. Ootherwise, there are private pay options.

Nebraska SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) assists Medicare-eligible individuals, families, and caregivers through outreach and training to help navigate informed insurance decisions.

Medicaid (for the aged and disabled) is a financial resource for older adults/disabled who are deemed low-income. Medicaid may assist with paying for medications, medical care, and room and board costs. If one is Medicaid eligible and wants to continue residing at home or in an Assisted Living, apply for a Medicaid Waiver to assist with those costs.
